The Santa Anastasia Archaeological Area is a site of great historical importance, reflecting the presence of human settlements dating back to the Nuragic period.

The area takes its name from the nearby church of Santa Anastasia and is renowned for the Nuragic village and the sacred well, which date from the 2nd to 1st millennium BC.

These remains, excavated and studied over the years, have allowed for the reconstruction of key aspects of Nuragic life and rituals.

The site also features numerous archaeological artifacts, including ceramics, stone tools, and bronze objects.
